We stand behind the quality of our business card printing services. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will work with you to make it right through a reprint or refund, subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
Eligible Returns
Returns and reprints are accepted under the following conditions:
- Printing errors or defects caused by our production process
- Incorrect quantities delivered compared to your order
- Damage to business cards during shipping
- Color discrepancies that significantly differ from approved proofs
- Wrong design printed due to our error
Non-Eligible Returns
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Errors in design files that you provided and approved
- Spelling, grammatical, or content errors in approved designs
- Minor color variations due to different monitor calibrations
- Changes of mind after production has begun
- Custom design fees once design work has commenced
- Orders that have been approved and printed correctly
Return Process
To initiate a return or request a reprint:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and detailed description of the issue
- Include clear photographs showing the problem
- Keep all original packaging and materials
- Wait for our customer service team to review your request
Inspection and Approval
Upon receiving your return request:
- Our quality team will review the issue within 2 business days
- We may request additional information or photographs
- If approved, we will offer a reprint or refund
- You will receive confirmation of the resolution via email
- Reprints will be processed with priority production
Refund Policy
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

- Shipping costs are refundable only if the error was ours
- Custom design fees may be refunded if we failed to deliver approved designs

Reprint Policy
For approved reprints:
- We will reprint your business cards at no additional cost
- Reprints receive priority production and shipping
- You may need to return defective cards at our expense
- New proofs will be provided if design changes are needed

Proof Approval Responsibility
By approving your design proof, you confirm that:
- All text, spelling, and grammar are correct
- All images and logos are properly positioned
- Colors are acceptable within normal printing variations
- All contact information is accurate and current
- The design meets your expectations and requirements
We cannot accept responsibility for errors that were present in approved proofs.
Damaged Shipments
If your business cards arrive damaged:
- Inspect your package immediately upon delivery
- Photograph any visible damage to the packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all packaging materials for inspection
- We will arrange for replacement or refund promptly
Order Cancellations
Regarding order cancellations:
- Orders can be cancelled before production begins
- Full refunds are provided for pre-production cancellations
- Once printing has started, orders cannot be cancelled
- Design fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
