Quality and Proofing

• Digital proofs will be provided for your approval before printing
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs carefully
• Once approved, we are not responsible for errors in the approved design
• Color variations may occur due to different monitor calibrations and printing processes
• We guarantee our printing quality meets industry standards

Delivery and Shipping

Regarding order delivery:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
• You must provide accurate shipping information
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier

Cancellations and Refunds
